Ownner / Management - Mr. Salisbury was born in Salt Lake City, Utah then moved to Phoenix, Arizona. where he graduated Devry Institute of Technology with an Associates Degree in Computer Science. He moved to San Diego Ca. in 1981 after graduation, and commenced a 12-year career with medical diagnostics manufacturing companies. He was promoted from an electronics test technicain to lead supervisor overseeing the daily activities of 12 test technicians then advanced to a systems integration engineer where they manufacturing $2 million Neuromagnotometers. After econmc changes in the country caused him to be layed off, he decided enough was enough and sought out to start his own company. He has been online since 1988 and founded 360View.com in 1996.
