Who We Are
Our three founders held their first meeting in early February of 2001 in a nondescript Brentwood office building. They left their borrowed conference room with the seed of an idea that they would quickly plant into the heart of the financial institution community: 360 View.
Development on a CRM solution began in late 2002. Once community financial institutions began using our solution to better manage their daily operations, it became clear that we had created a truly special piece of software: something very powerful but easy to use.
360 View now serves over 40,000 daily users at nearly 100 financial institutions that span 37 states.
We are all united in a common purpose to build the best relationship management software this world has ever seen—while creating a better quality of life for each of us.
Kevin is a co-founder of 360 View. He is a past co-founder and chief technology officer of a bank data processing company, and has been in the banking industry for over 30 years. As a member of the executive team and board of directors, Kevin is active in overseeing sales and all information technology.
Terry is a co-founder of 360 View. He is a CPA and has previously held positions including President/CEO of a bank data processing company and CFO of a 3 bank holding company. He has 30+ years of experience in the banking industry. As part of the executive team and board of directors, Terry is closely involved in all day-to-day operations and is the primary architect of 360 View Profitability module.
Chris is a co-founder of 360 View. He has previous experience as an author and the founder of an independent publishing company as well as a business strategy consultant. As a member of the executive team and board of directors, Chris works closely with all teams, with specific attention to customer service and communications.
David is Senior Vice President & National Sales Director and a member of the executive team. He directs all sales efforts and works with our clients in the development of Incentive Plans. Previously, David was the director of sales for a $1.8 billion commercial bank where he developed and directed bank-wide sales strategies as well as incentive compensation programs. His 26 years of experience spans Retail Banking, Commercial Business Development, Marketing and Investments and Insurance.
Waylon is the Senior Vice President of Software Solutions and a member of the executive team. He is responsible for overseeing software development for 360 View and its associated modules, and advises in hiring. He is a graduate of the ABA Bank Marketing School and has consulted with financial institutions from all over the U.S. to help them overcome both data and operational barriers that sometimes arise when implementing CRM.
