UX / UI Designer

Job Description We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our development team. This position will be responsible for all user interface design of our flagship software, 360 View CRM. You will work closely with all company stakeholders, the development team, and outside designers to lead the UX/UI processes in fulfillment of creating user friendly and contemporary software design.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development for all company software solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

Job Description

Software company seeking candidates for a installation and support position. Candidate should have excellent computer skills specifically related to the Microsoft suite of products and operating systems. Must work well with people, have a good phone presence, superior documentation skills, and be well organized. Experience with SQL/Access databases, .NET technology, and Quality Control a plus.

Incentive Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced banker familiar with bank employee incentive plans. This person will work with our bank partners to develop or analyze existing incentive plans for automation in our software. Successful candidate will have either helped create incentive plans for bankers or administered bank incentive plans in past roles at a bank. You will be responsible for advising banks on best practices for incenting their employees, creating scope documents that will be used by developers in creation of the automated plans, project managing the implementation and delivery of the plans, and training customers on how to use the automated incentive tool once it has been fully developed. Some travel is involved. Preference is that you are based out of Nashville, but we are open to this being a remote position, provided candidate is willing to travel to Nashville as needed. Some national travel will be required, less than 10% of your overall time.
