The View 2017 Registration

Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, event notebook, digital copies of presentations, two lunches, Sunday night cocktail reception, Monday night dinner and entertainment and great networking with other users and the 360 View Team.

How much does The View cost?

Individual rate: $1300

Group rate for 3 or more attendees: $1200

What do rooms at the Omni Nashville Hotel cost?

We have rooms reserved for attendees at the Omni Nashville Hotel at the special discounted rate of $239 per night. We strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. Space is limited, and these special discounted rooms will sell out prior to the conference.

Do you offer a group discount?

Yes, for groups of 3 or more attendees the rate is $1200 per attendee.

Can I add attendees to my group after I have registered?

Yes, you may add another attendee from your institution at any time. If you want to register yourself now and add attendees later, the discount will be added to the 3rd or more attendees. If you have already registered 2 attendees, contact Heather Reed at hreed@360view.com in order to add more attendees at the discounted rate.

Can I bring a guest to The View?

Registered attendees may bring a guest for $75. This Guest Pass allows your guest to join you for the Sunday Night Welcome Reception and the Monday Night Event, but they will not be allowed to attend any sessions during the conference. You may purchase a Guest Pass when you register for the conference. Can I extend my stay at the Omni for the discounted rate?

Yes, we do have a few select rooms available on Friday and Saturday nights at the discounted group rate. If you plan on arriving early, we HIGHLY suggest you make your reservations as soon as possible for the best rates.

What do I wear?

Dress is  “business casual” or a step below, so jeans, or better, are welcome attire for all events, including conference meetings.

Are meals included in the conference?

Lunch will be provided on both Monday and Tuesday. You will also have appetizers and drinks at the Sunday Welcome Reception and a full dinner at the Monday Night Event. Breakfast is not included, but there are several great dining options within the Omni.
